Is Online Training for me?

  • If you're somebody who has the motivation for exercise but struggle to get to a class or a PT session, then you've come to the right place. 

​

  • Our Online Programs are exercise plans that are accessible whenever you like and our created specifically for you. The training will be created based on the equipment and time you have available. The programmes can be followed in a gym or at home with minimal equipment.

​

  • By subscribing to the 10 week Plan you will receive a new online exercise programme weekly and will be progressed according to how successful training was the week before.

​

  • You can be guaranteed regular contact with your Online Trainer to ensure your plan is working as effectively as possible.

THE MUSCLE BUILDER

​

  • This Online Training Program focuses on increasing clients muscle mass, muscular strength and power. 

​

  • This can be for upper or lower body and even both.

​

  • This plan can be made specific to your sport.

THE WEIGHT LOSER​

​

  • This Online Training Program focuses on burning as many calories as possible, with a focus on building muscle tone too.

​

  • This can be designed for specific areas of the body and/or fully body.​

THE BODY TONER​​

​

  • This Online Training Program focuses on increasing clients muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. 

​

  • This plan typically consists of full body workouts but can be made more specific upon request.

​

  • This plan can be made specific to your sport.
